After years of wishing for a place to record the details of our tea experiences while traveling on our tea tours, we designed this one ourselves. It is a fill-in-the-blank and check box journal to record your afternoon tea adventures, whether visiting a tearoom, a hotel or inn, or enjoying tea in a private home. Each four-page section has a place to record the venue, date, occasion, and guest list, along with areas to note the menu and tea selections, the foods that were served, and your rating of the experience. There are also spaces to include four to six 3 x 5 printed photos or mementos of each event. There is space to record 25 afternoon teas, as well as a brief history of afternoon tea, tea etiquette, and places to keep your teatime bucket list and jot down recipes, ideas and reflections.
